3. Quotes and Pricing

3.2 Any additional work outside the original quote will be discussed and agreed before proceeding where reasonably possible.
3.3 All prices are provided in pounds sterling (£).
3.4 Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking or service completion.
4. Customer Responsibilities

4.2 Customers must inform us of any known hazards on the property, including underground services, restricted access, or protected trees.
4.3 We are not responsible for delays or complications caused by circumstances outside our control, including restricted site access or adverse weather.
